Ottima posizione, solo un po’ rumoroso la sera perché affacciava sulla strada dove erano alcuni locali. Per il resto tutto molto comodo, anche il parcheggio gratuito
Forse da controllare lo sfiato del bagno che, essendo senza finestre, aveva poco ricambio d’aria e valutare di installare aria condizionata

Il prezzo elevato. L appartamento un po' piccolo con alcune scelte discutibili: un palo che divide i due letti all altezza dell altezza.
Il locale per il deposito bici veramente angusto.
