No sleep, parking headache.

It is nicely appointed.

The parking is a real problem. You can’t drive up to the apartment and unload you vehicle. The parking lot that is rented for you was full so we had to wait for a space to open, then it is about 100 yards through a restaurant and on cobblestone to get to the apartment. The location is also not great if you want a quiet place to relax, as it is above the busiest section of the pedestrian area.

Perfect place to stay

Our stay at Winklwiese apartments was very pleasant. The apartment was very modern, safe, clean, and had everything that we needed. The location is great. Paid parking was easily accessible. The host was very responsive. We thought it was a great value for money. Pefect 10 points.

We had some challenges checking in or getting support. It was a little tricky to find and access.

Great location for a family stay

The roof-top apartment is nicely designed with a spectacular view of the Dolomites. The furniture and appliances are well maintained and modern. It’s spacious enough for a group of seven.

The Wi-Fi network is weak and in principle useless. As skiers we also missed a proper storage room for our equipment.

Good, but too inconvenient due to a parking spot.

The apartment has more than enough space for all the luggage and is in general very comfortable. It is also very functional and nicely furnished.

Not having a parking spot is very inoconvenient. They offered us a garage for 10EUR/day, but they had some technical issues so we had to park our car cca 10min of walk away from the apartment, which is way too much with all the skiing equipment. And for cca 150 EUR per night the accommodation should offer their clients a free parking spot. Also we could not set the heating in the apartment, because the thermostats were locked, which was another unfortunate inconvenience.

Wanderful location in the center of town the pearl ofthr Dolomites. Close to restaurants,grocery stores andshopping

Not easy parking. You had to carry yourself the luggage from the garage quite distant from the apartment with a €10 charge

coustmer service did ring them about late coming because my flight delayed but they never answered my calls when I reached there stood there for an hour in rain Never stay there again

Cute and clean!

The staff was incredibly kind and available. The room was clean and fitted with a good kitchen full of electrodomestics and dishes. The apartment was right in San Candido's center near the main point of interests

Just missing a small outside space (our apartment did not have any terrace or balcony) The view from the bedroom was in the small street behind the building

Very good

The location of the apartment is excellent and also near to convenient car parking (once you figured out how it worked). The area is beautiful and great skiing, good facilities for children too.

The explanation of how things worked with regards to the car park (precision as to where it is located, inaccurate address, issues with the key card that they did not believe initially to be faulty even if we said it was, inaccuracy as to where to park in the car park itself as it had different sections....) all created a lot of frustration and caused us to have to return to the hotel several times for clarity.

General comment: Nice, modern, new apartment. It seemed to have a little balcony on the website, but it didn’t. (Others did) In the city center, close to everything. Bed ok, extra bed/couch not so nice. Everything new and clean. Not cheap, but reasonable.

Fabulous

The apartment is located in very central position in San Candido. The kitchen had nearly all cooking facilities. Dishwasher tablets are provided. Very good wi-fi which is not often in San Candido. Lots of additional towels.

Electric towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work as we expected. The installed in the apartment system "smart home" blocked switching-on of a towel dryer when in-room temperature reached pre-installed values. Also it was rather hot to sleep under featherbed blankets even with open windows with no alternative.
