La struttura è molto elegante e lo staff ha riguardo del cliente da quando varca la porta sino all’uscita. Si viene accolti per il check in e la valigia viene portata in camera, nel frattempo si può gustare un welcome drink nella spaziosa hall. Una persona addetta accompagna poi in camera spiegando tutte le funzioni nella stampa e la mappa della struttura con gli orari per la colazione già scelti al check in. Disponibilissimi per qualunque domanda ed informazione. Nella camera sono presenti le yukata per girare per tutto il soggiorno nella struttura e per dormire. Una giacchetta potrà essere poi indossata sulla Yukata. In camere c’è la cassaforte dove poter riporre gli oggetti preziosi. Nella nostra stanza era presente la vasca in legno per il bagno e gli amenities favolosi. Ottimi shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Biscottini e tè a disposizione ed in regalo delle patate dolci a stick molto buone e di stagione!
Le terme sono molto belle ed al centro della vasca sono alte, consentono quindi di potersi immergere fino al collo. La pulizia del reparto onsen è continua. Ottimi anche i prodotti per il viso.
Abbiamo preso la formula con colazione e cena. Abbondante, perfettamente presentata e gusti buonissimi e di stagione. Dopo cena abbiamo approfittato per giocare al Ping pong ed al gioco dei cerchi. È a disposizione gratuitamente fino alle 22. La colazione è stata servita nella stanza della cena, molto bella . Anche la colazione era abbondante, di stagione e molto buona.dalla strada per gli onsen è possibile accedere ad un bellissimo giardino con tante piante, ponti e laghetto con le carpe. A disposizione dei clienti anche del cibo da poter dare alle carpe.
Vicino la hall è presente un piccolo shop con tanti prodotti. Nella hall è possibile ordinare bevande alcoliche e non e alcuni dolci. Anche per il check out è stato tutto perfetto. Tornerò sicuramente!

Remarkable experience - I can see why past royals stayed here. Room was incredibly spacious, with separate dining and living areas in a traditional tatami setting. Futon bedding was plush and luxurious - the best night of sleep we had during our entire trip. Private onsen in the room was immaculate - so clean we wondered if it had ever been used before. Yutakas felt a step above what you'd typically find at other ryokans. Kaiseki breakfast was lovely, albeit a bit light. My wife said the public onsen was quite good as well.
The location can only really be accessible by car and it's a bit far away from Fukuoka (but close to the outlets).

The room, outdoor garden, and overall facility were gorgeous creating the perfect atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and very accommodating. Moreover, the manager personally took us to the room to explain the features, arranged for dining in a private dinner room, and provided insight on local restaurants. When we inquired if the sake we enjoyed in the bar was sold in the gift shop, it was not. However the staff made an exception and sold a bottle from their inventory. What amazing customer service!
The Onsen was a perfect way to relax after a busy day.
The staff and the beauty of the hotel made for a memorable experience.

Onsen was nice, garden was pretty but small. Having a simple kimono
Hotel is understaffed, needs remodeling work, carpet is very dated. Kaiseki was ok but not what I would have picked.
