The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was in poor condition and needs an upgrade and the location was a bit out of the way.

The room was clean and a great view from my suite. The pool was lovely, as were the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and Kep is a great little town.

Loved the view up into the hills from the balcony with on one overlooking us. Clean, comfortable room. Poolside bar was good and staff friendly. Plenty of sun loungers.
Some pool tiles need replacing.

The hotel is well located and offers a beautiful view of the mountains, which makes the stay pleasant. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and the housekeeping team also did their best to make guests feel comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and fully adequate.
The overall condition of the facilities was not fully satisfying — both the room and the common areas could benefit from some refreshing and better upkeep.
