Great value basic and friendly b&b with good breakfast. Private parking, good for motor cycles.

The staff are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. The location was great, walking distance to town. Pubs, chipshop, ice-cream shop, bus stops all nearby. Our room was plenty big enough for us two with lots of drawers and cupboard space. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Tea, coffee, milk and a kettle available in the room. Breakfast was lovely, fruit juice, tea or coffee, cereals, toast and several options for a hot breakfast, we had the full Welsh for our three day stay, it was very good. Several parking spaces around the back of the property.

It is overall in need of some TLC - everything old and alot of stuff everywhere. Has a musty, greasy smell
