Room was comfortable, breakfast was generous and tasty, service was excellent. I didn't get to use the gym and pool much but I wish I had. There were several good restaurants and shops in walking distance and it was easy to get a taxi.
The safe wasn't working when I arrived and needed to be replaced. The TV was also unable to connect to the network so I couldn't stream anything or cast from my devices.

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Superb breakfast in a lovely restaurant.
NOISY. The open design of the corridors is great for ventilation and works well in Bali, not in Bintaro next to a main road. It sounded like a speedway track. Also not helped by some of the guests shouting and playing music in a common areà where other guests were sleeping before 06.00.

The location in the heart of bintaro
The hotel is quite old with little maintenance of basic linens, towels etc. Clean towels still had old stains. The bedsheets were terrible
