Right next to main Shopping street. Also market place next door. Still silent at night. Beaches nearby, harbour just around the corner. Cannot ask for better location in Cannes. Host was extra nice. Thank you Cedric. Even the elderly neighbours were sweet and gentlemanly. Visit here! Single, Couple, Family of four..
Remember to vacuum clean ;)

Véritable petit cocon en plénitude dans cet établissement au lourd passé médiéval, en plein quartier du Suquet, proche de tout (le port, la plage, le palais, rue piétonne plein de commerce, le marché chaque matin..). C était notre rituel un bon petit dej, course au proxi ou à carrefour Market, le dîner en intimité, proche du palais des festivals ou on faisait nos aller retour 2x 3x par journée. Et en soirée, quand on revenait tard, un petit repas sympa. Je pense que c est la première location où on ne manquait de rien. Bien sur je le garde pour la fin, Cédric notre contact facile, très rassurant et réconfortant de ses attentions particulières.
On a tout apprécier on peut juste souligner qu'effectivement c est le 3eme étage, il faut monter pas trop vite ;) c'est du cardio, mais comme je le mentionnais cela fait aussi parti du charme de cet ancien quartier, et ces demeures d autrefois. Cela dit ma femme, même avec ses prothèses hanches à su monter et descendre à son rythme.

Location was great!
Staff friendly and communicative.
Apartment was clean and bed comfortable
Had good wardrobe space, hanger and iron
I came for a conference so understand prices are high.
Front door is down a lane that didn’t feel safe at night.
Front door gets stuck a bit.
