The hotel is affordable and super warm and clean. The staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming, speaking good English and happy to help navigate the city and onward journey.
I particularly appreciated that there were 2 dormitories and they had put me in a separate one to the men who were staying there too: it made me feel safer.
They were happy to store my bag while I explored on the day I checked out which was super helpful!
I'm not sure if they have any communal areas for guests staying in the dormitories, or whether they serve meals here (I arrived late at night and left the following day). I would have appreciated being told if there are, but understand that the lateness of my arrival may have had an impact on that!
