Appartement bien équipé et confortable pour 4 personnes. Emplacement idéale pour visiter a pied La spezia (commerce, restaurants, animation,...). Proche de la gare et du port pour visiter le Golfo dei Poeti et les 5terres.

Rien. Juste pour ceux qui cherchent le calme, l' appartement est au 1er et donne sur la rue pietone, l'isolation phonique de la rue est bonne, celle entre les appartements voisins notamment au dessus est plus légère (plancher).

space and it was clean generally

mold in shower floor and not enough hot water for 2 showers. wash machine had no instructions in English no dryer. balcony was into a dirty court yard
