bit pricey but worth it.

good location, clean and the room with balcony is a bonus.

café downstairs doesn’t open until late, so was unable to get a coffee in the morning.

À fuir malgré une chambre agréable

La chambre est bien et propre

Le check in et le check out, personne dans l'hôtel, ni à l arrivée 12h ni au départ 8h00 toujours fermé, le bruit la nuit sans arrêt des fêtards et des pétards, nous y avons passé deux nuits. J avais demandé une annulation à peine 10 mn après avoir réservé car fausse manipulation je n'étais pas à côté de chez mes amis, sur booking et l hôtel à refusé donc nous y sommes allés quand même et quelle déception le restaurant était toujours vide alors que les concurrents faisaient le plein🤷, trop cher aussi bien le resto que l hôtel, sur place d autres hôtels sont libres et moins chers pour la même qualité, je ne conseille pas, allez ailleurs surtout pour 50€ la nuit.

150m from the beach - perfect

traveling for a month in Thailand, we stayed a total of 3 times in this hotel, using 2 different rooms, the service was nice, clean, the owner was very communicative and helpful, towels smelling fresh, 150m from the beach - perfect

Great apartement, perfectly situated. Clean and confortable. Everything was smoothly arranged, very friendly. I will definitely book this apartement again when I am in Phuket.

In front of beach, clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

Excellent location across from the beach at Patong. Large room and QUIET. Right near the Center of things but so quiet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Perfect. will always stay there in the future.

Great location, fair price, one step above a hostel

Located in the heart of Patong beach

Internet was poor to nonexistent, room had a terrible smell, you have to use the back door during non Buisness hours, no elevator in the building and we stayed on the third floor with small steep narrow steps.

Beautiful people beautiful place relaxing great food

The staff are great courteous at all times The good was excellent especially the secret sauce The owner was granted the specialty he is a chef my qualification Well appointed apartment mattress firm very good for my back which is not so good Close to Bangla road but far away to not be affected by the nightclubs I will stay here next time mine host Georgie’s he is Swedish by nationality married to a beautiful Thai wife and a beautiful three year old son Mathew thoroughly recommended I stayed for three weeks .

Perfect Patong accommodation with easy access to Beach and Bangla Rd.

Fantastic room, located in an alleyway opposite the beach. So from room to beach about 1 minute. From Bangla Road to room about 3 to 4 minutes walk. The owner is fantastic. He greeted me warmly and showed me around. Unlike the usual 100 million questions at most places, when you check in here, he was all over it and made it fun rather than a chore. There is a large restaurant below, but he showed me an easy way to get into hotel directly off beach road where you walk up some stairs onto a walkway, that takes you directly to a secured door. So never have to walk through restaurant etc. You can run Air conditioning all the time so get back to a cool room. The fridge is really good and keeps drinks very cold.

Our favorite room on our Thailand-Trip.

We really loved it here. On our Thailand-trip we've been to wellness/spa-resorts on one hand but also in backpacker-hostels on the other hand and from all that we liked "cafe de paris" the best. It's not a luxury hotel or anything like a hotel. It's just a room (I'm reffering to Room No1) with a bed, a wardrobe, bathroom and a small balcony, pretty close to the beach and the nightlife of patong beach, but really cozy. We booked the room half an hour before we arrived, so the owner hasn't got any time to prepare anything. But 15 min. after we entered the room, he knocked at the door to explain everything and make sure, that we have everything we need. It was really kind. He's a very friendly and uncomplicated Person. We read also about other recommendations which talked about "The water in the shower is too hot", or "it's too loud from outside" and yes, if you don't adjust the water-tap to "cold" it's hot. And yes, you're on patong beach it's party outside. But the room is soundproofed so we slept pretty good. ;)

Only thing we would've wished is a hair dryer, but for what it is (and it's no hotel) it was totally fine that there wasn't one.

Good value for money. New furniture and the bed. Good shower.

There is no drying rack on the balcony. The guesthouse corridors don't look very attractive. The staff could speak better English.
