Central location, cleanliness and nice design at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and welcoming, walking distance from the train station and an additional plus for having a very nice restaurant on the ground floor.
The street it is on gets pretty busy and noisy on weekend nights (at least during warmer summer season) if you’re a light sleeper it could be an issue, for me it was ok.

The hotel itself was excellent. I had to change rooms for the second night due to noise
The first night, all I heard was that until 4 am, the heavy beat from the nightclub next door and occasional trains.
Parking also an issue.
