This hotel deserves all the stars it has, however, I couldn't sleep a single night. The mattress was highly uncomfortable and I woke up several times a night with back and neckpain in the morning. The issue here was that there was a hollow/pit/indent in the mattress. One could say that this might have been an exception, but the second mattress in the room had the same issue. This might be an indication of either lower quality mattresses or delayed replacement by the respective hotel to save costs. For this elevated price rather disappointing.
