The location is perfect, easy explore the city. I liked the size of the room, plenty of space and the bathroom was very well planned and the design was nice too.
The room was always getting very warm during the night, the windows are cannot be opened, so we woke up a couple of times because of the heat and we switched on the AC (I guess it switched off after a time).

Beautiful, modern hotel with a great central location. The room itself was well designed and clean, and the facilities were genuinely nice.
I booked a Standard Room, listed with 'one large double bed' under both Beds and General Info, with photos showing exactly that. No 'bed type cannot be guaranteed' notice, no twin option mentioned anywhere. It read as a specification, not a preference.
What I got was a twin room, and I slept on a single bed. Not a king, not a queen — a single. Full sizes down from what I booked. Nobody mentioned it at check-in; I discovered it upstairs. When I went back down, I was told it was an upgrade. It wasn't — the room may be a few square metres larger, but floor space is not what I sleep on. In the same spirit, this review is an upgrade too: a 10/10 would have been two words, and instead you're getting a lower rating with far more square metres of text.
I had seen the twin room type when booking and deliberately chose the double. Had no double been available, I'd have booked a different hotel — the listing removed the choice I thought I was making.
I returned to the desk a second time and offered every alternative: any room with a double bed, even a smaller or lower category; joining the beds; a mattress topper. All refused — fully occupied, beds can't be joined, no topper, no manager on site. Only breakfast was offered, which didn't fit my schedule. I slept on a single bed for five nights.
I raised it with Booking.com, who contacted the property and told me they couldn't reach an agreement with the hotel. Booking.com credited me 695.45 PLN out of their own pocket — the property itself offered nothing. For a hotel this nice, that was the most disappointing part.
