Great location
We had ants in our bed and the room was very small.

Available room booked 10 mins before arrival due to thunderstorms impacting flights at Zurich airport so we had arrived too late for our connecting train.
Unfortunately our overnight stay coincided with the Old Town music festival that did not end to 2am so there was external noise.

Good location. Close to trams and just a short walk to the central station. Room was small but comfortable and our high floor meant there was very little noise from the busy street below. Lift available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were limited but sufficient and tasty.
Room was smaller than would have liked and the shower was a small cubicle type which would be difficult for a large person. Despite our prior notification, the breakfast options did not cater fully for my wife who has a dairy allergy.

Location for Old Town
No reception (just the bar in the restaurant), no safe, poor lighting, no tissues, sparse facilities (less than in our cruise cabin), hilariously small shower space, noisy, encouraged not to enter the restaurant, except for the (very basic) breakfast, dangerous staircase, no evacuation plan.
