Beautiful, quiet and wonderfully looked after

The scenery, the location, the host, who was lovely and made sure that everyone was having a nice stay, and how quiet it was.

The road to get from the main road to the hotel wasn't the easiest, but that's the price to pay for being in a beautiful and quiet spot of Tuscany!

Fantastic Tuscany experience, on top of that Franco a fantastic host!

The apartment fulfilled all our needs. Stone house so was cool inside - no need for an AC. The host Franco is the best - he fixes everything that is needed and more, a real hero! ❤️

Excellent, top location, best host Franco, no crowds, large apartment.

We travelled as a family with 2 kids and found this just one day before arrival. It is amazing location with 360 degrees view and with direct view of San Gimignano. We had a large apartment with 3 double bed bedrooms (Selva apartment). The host Franco made our experience special as nothing was a problem and we felt like home. There is no need to worry that there is no aircon, as the night breeze in the middle of summer cools the apartment down when we opened the windows at night and closed it during the day (all windows have good mosquito nets). To be honest this is much better that the aircon. There is a large pool, I guess it is something like 16x7 metres which is much larger than most other places and we typically had it only for ourselves - note that the property only has few apartments so pool will never be crowded, which is better than most other places. We cannot imagine a better place in that area so we were really lucky booking this just one day ahead. Thank you Franco.

Een klein paradijsje. Schitterend uitzicht, groot comfortabel appartement in Toscaanse stijl, fantastische gastheer Franco! Hier kom je tot rust, vertraag je en geniet van je alles! Super locatie, maar vooral Franco doet jou zo thuis voelen! Heerljjk, hier komen we graag terug.
