Super location & full of character. Plenty of space for up to four people. Air conditioning worked well in upstairs bedroom & there is a fan downstairs. There is a bathroom on each level & access to secure parking for a small fee.
As a holiday property it’s difficult to find fault with it. If there is a weak point I think it is the kitchen which is small and fairly basic. We didn’t plan on cooking too much, so not an issue for us.

Excellent location right on the main square.
Large apartment - great kitchen and living area.
Property has everything you need and was very clean.
Air con in the bedroom was a lifesaver!
Quaint little tower room in the original 12th Century tower.
Host Filippo was very helpful, gave us lots of tips and suggestions and also offered secured private parking at a really good rate.
Because the town centre is pedestrian, parking is 10 minutes away which can be tricky with luggage.
Due to the high temperatures it was extremely warm.

We were late arriving but the host Filippo was so helpful and understanding after our flight was delayed. You could not get a place more central for the city. We could feel the history as soon as we walked in to the place. On two levels with plenty of room.
The property had lots of charm and there was not much that we did not like except the parking is a bit of a walk away from the property but this is expected in town like this in Tuscany. All in all very happy with our stay.
