That we didn’t need a key card to get into the apartment
That there was no staff to deal with and didn’t know there was no reception. I looked around the property to look for the reception and didn’t realise that we just had to reach out via call or message. Although, they let us check out an hour late.
The apartment smelt stale, the coffee cups were dirty and had to rinse them out with used sponge which I found unhygienic.
The couch was stained, the light in the living room was flickering, there was a dead small cockroach in the kettle (i wash kettles in every place i stay just in case).
The ceiling in the bathroom was somewhat mouldy. The price we paid $160 was not worth it.
I paid $141 for a hotel room and that would have bene worth the $160 for one night.

Good location. Comfortable. Clear communication.
There is a significant ant problem in apartment 2 and I had ants all through my belongings after leaving them on the small desk.
