Cinzia met us and welcomed us to the apartment. She was easy to talk to, responsive, and very accommodating.
The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it had an outdoor space where you can just chill. It has all the amenities that we needed during our stay. You can also park your car right outside the apartment, however it can be tricky to do so as the space going in is tight (Tip: reverse parking is harder).
The location of the apartment was in a good, quiet area about 25 mins away from the city centre by foot. There were some coffee/pastry shops, restaurants, and grocery store close to the apartment.
There's a schedule for trash collection and we had to bring the bins outside. We also had to provide the bags for the bins. Luckily there were some small bags left in the apartment that we were able to use, but we had to get the bag for the organic waste/compost.
The shower in the bath tub can't be mounted; you have to hold the shower when washing your hair. There's no shower curtains/door so we were careful not to make a splash on the floor. The tub can be a bit slippery for babies/kids, so might be good to bring a bath mat or the small suction cup mats.
These are not complaints, just things to take note of... We still had a very pleasant stay.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La terrazza era fantastica, aspetto molto curato. Il parcheggio era molto comodo. Molto vicino ai negozi e al centro storico. La consegna della chiave e stata senza problemi e la signora e stata gentilissima.
Tutto ok!

Really enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment so near to be able to walk into Lucca. There is lots of space, a beautiful covered garden, and being able to park your car right by the property is ideal.

E' un bell'appartamento che per dimensione e confort si adatta anche a pernottamenti di settimane.
la cucina è praticamente nuova e fornita di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, sottolineo la presenza della lavastoviglie... gran vantaggio.
camere da letto grandi e con tutto il necessario per la preparazione de letto e doppio cuscino disponibile per ogni posto letto.
Il doppio bagno è un'alta caratteristica da evidenziare, per una famiglia di 4 persone con ragazzi adolescenti garantisco sia di grandissima utilità.
L'appartamento, che ha un proprio posto auto dedicato, è a poche centinaia di metri dalle mura e si presta per muoversi a piedi per la vista della città.
Il nostro ospite è stato molto cortese e dettagliato nel presentare la casa e i suoi servizi, anzi ci ha consentito di entrare un'ora prima dell'orario dichiarato.
