Un cadre magnifique : L'hôtel est absolument superbe avec un design épuré très réussi.
Des villas d'exception : Les villas sont spacieuses, vraiment grandes et d'une très grande beauté.
Un emplacement idéal : La localisation et la proximité de l'hôtel facilitent grandement le séjour et permettent de se déplacer facilement.
Le petit-déjeuner : Servi à l'assiette, le service y est malheureusement très lent. On ressent un réel manque de personnel en haute saison pour assurer une fluidité correcte.
Les espaces piscine : Il y a un manque cruel de matelas autour de la piscine principale. De plus, il est très dommage qu'une des deux piscines soit interdite aux enfants en haute saison alors qu'elle reste désespérément vide.
Les moustiques : C'est un véritable fléau dans les chambres, très difficile à traiter et particulièrement désagréable pendant la nuit.

Everything was great: the spacious room with in-side pool, a very wide bed, cleaning service, friendly and helpful staff,
outside pools and beach. Location 5 minutes walk from Chaweng mall, where our granddaughter can play on the kids playground with other kids. This hotel the best hotel in Chaweng，

Service was amazing, everything was spotless. Staff were very polite and attentive.
The pool was amazing and access to the beach was literally at your feet with beds just for guests by the pool and beach.
The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, walking distance to practically everything.
The included breakfast was fantastic as well!
The gym could do with an update, but honestly it was fine.

we stayed in a private pool villa which was spacious and pleasant. the beach outside the hotel is nice.
some staff were not accommodating and often rude (a couple were lovely). the hotel is not in a nice area (ok for us as a short stay on way back to airport but would be disappointed if this was for a main holiday stay). the hotel and rooms are in great need of maintenance and are quite shabby. the concept is good and I’m sure the hotel was once amazing but is now tired and overpriced as a result. the library was closed. the bar isn’t welcoming and is resembles a reception counter. very few facilities. my son had a nut allergic reaction whilst staying at the hotel and needed to get to hospital - the staff were not helpful, I found a taxi on the road outside which the staff suggested I didn’t use as it wasn’t the the taxi they had booked despite needing to get my son to a and e; I was shocked with the lack of awareness and assistance in the circumstances. I had already formed the above views on the hotel prior to this incident.
