Soggiorno perfetto, host molto gentile e disponibile, casa completa di tutti i confort

Tutto, appartamento enorme per 4 persone, con due camere da letto, due bagni, salotto e cucina ben fornita e per finire una piccola piscina proprio davanti l'ingresso della casa che, al rientro dal mare, è stata molto apprezzata come rigenerante. Il proprietario Sig. Ton molto disponibile, il giorno della partenza è riuscito a lasciarci l'appartamento fino alla sera in quanto avevamo il volo di rientro nella notte. Tutto questo ha reso il soggiorno perfetto.

La palestra dietro gli appartamenti inizia a far rumore dalle 8.00 della mattina, a noi non ha dato fastidio, però per chi vuole dormire un pò di più può essere fastidiosa. Distanza dal mare circa 15 minuti a piedi, anche questo per noi non è stato un problema, ma va segnalato

Grea location, clean and spacious properly, lovely host!

The property was clean and quiet. Really good size and perfect for families with a living space to relax once the babies had gone to bed. It was in a great location, close to shops, and restaurants as well as easy walking distance to the beach Ton was a BRILLAINT host, helping us with any questions, arranging taxis for us and boat tickets. Thank you Ton.

Uncomfortable Thai style house

The only good thing about this place is the shower and the location (apart from being next to the Mai Thai camp). It is walk distance to the beach and the main Surin area. The rest, forget it. Not comfortable at all, the bed is the worse I’ve slept on, there is only 1 really old aircon, which is in the bedroom, which means, the living area gets super hot. Although there is a “living area”, it is not comfortable at all. Not only for the heat, but the “sofa” is not good. There are stains in the ceiling everywhere and when it rains, you can hear the leaking in the roof. Wi-fi sometimes is slow, the kitchen is very basic (it is a Thai style house, very simple). I’ve stay in the 1 x bedroom house, so I am not sure what the 2 x bedroom houses are like. The carer Ton is very sweet and helpful and he does clean the space every 3 x days.

peaceful retreat with heaps of space - highly recommend!

located on a quiet street in between surin beach & bang tao. Bang Tao was probably our favourite but the street vendors at surin are unrivalled. Be aware it’s a “self” accommodation, not a hotel so there is no daily cleaning but this wasn’t a problem for us. Ton the owner was super friendly and helpful always ready to answer any questions we had. Huge space and a functioning kitchen to cook if you need to. There is a Muay Thai camp behind, some people mentioned in previous reviews that it was noisy - we didn’t experience any extreme noise during our stay. Will stay again!

Good place, especially for long-term rent

This place has everything I needed. Actually, even more than I needed because it is well suited for long stays: it has lots of closets, a kitchen with equipment and utensils, great bed, a terrace, a swimming pool in case you don't feel like walking to the beach. The host is super. Showed me everything quickly, friendly and very much to the point. . And when I forgot how to open the gate (which was actually open) he immediately came to the house to help me. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the beach, but I enjoyed walking past all the restaurants and shops and banana trees.

It was my first stay at such a place (not in a hotel), and only there I realized that I was supposed to clean rooms by myself. This was not that convenient for me. It probably was written in description of the house, and I didn't pay attention to it. But I am sure if you ask the host, he'll arrange cleaning for you for a bit of extra charge. The place is a bit aged, not brand new, but totally good value for money.

Furniture was old, the walls are light so you can hear everything what is going on outside the house (e.g. thaibox lessons from 7AM)

Family trip to Phuket

A lovely traditional house, has all the amenities you need and looks just the pictures. We loved the place and location in Surin, just walking distance from Surin beach, local restaurants and shops. The house allows you privacy, come and go as you please and has a lovely swimming Pool shared by only the properties. We received excellent service from the owner and would definitely revisit ourselves on the future.

Ton is an excellent host !

everything! Clean and very big house, lovely host Ton who was so kind to wait for us at the house as we had a late arrival due to our flight. We communicated through whatsapp and he always ask you first when is good time for cleaning. Perfect! Also we requested a baby crib and he went extra mile and bought it for us so we ended up having a very new baby bed just for us, amazing! Thank you a lot for a pleasant stay! When we will be in the area again will definetly stay with you!
