Due to a cancelled flight, I booked last minute from the airport and arrived after midnight. Reception staff very helpful and a kind member of staff even took our bags upstairs. Special mention to Niko the barman. He was so kind and helpful to two shaken up pensioner ladies! Checkout was 12 which was great for us. The staff made a stressful situation very easy. Thank you.

Tropical Sol is bang in the middle of Tigaki. The resort has a great selection of restaurants and bars and a vibe without being too lively!
It's a short walk down to the beautiful beach.
Tigaki is famous for watersports especially windsurfing - and some days you can see why - the wind really gets going!
The hotel is a fairly basic place used by a lot of the package holiday companies.
A nice pool with a really great bar and barman who made our week!
The aircon worked brilliantly which meant the room was always at a comfortable temperature.
The room was cleaned every day and towels changed routinely.
The room had a very small balcony with no privacy from adjoining rooms.
The pool is open to non residents so sometimes it gets pretty crowded
The sunbeds on the beach were pricey - ranging from 15 - 30 Euros per day
