We were generally very satisfied with our stay! The highlight was that we received a free upgrade from a Deluxe Double room to a beautiful suite. The in-room jacuzzi was fantastic and very relaxing. The staff was incredibly pleasant, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was rich, high-quality, and had a lovely homemade, traditional feel to it. The bed was also excellent and very comfortable, equipped with double pillows.
On the downside, the room got quite warm, and the bed felt a bit too hot despite using the air conditioning. The positioning of the AC right above the bed was inconvenient, making it uncomfortable to leave on while sleeping. The television was also outdated and not a smart TV. Furthermore, the internet connection was unstable with frequent drops and poor coverage. Lastly, while the spa and massage facilities are nice, the prices felt a bit steep; it would be great if they offered better rates or special packages exclusively for hotel guests.

The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the cozy room, the delicious breakfast, and the calm surroundings. Every member of the staff was polite and eager to help.
