Aamiainen oli hyvä, samoin tyÜntekijÜiden asiakaspalveluasenne oli erinomainen. Huone oli siisti, eikä meitä haitannut 90-luvun tunnelma. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja paikka mukava, mutta pihapiirin siisteyteen kiinnitettiin huomiota.
Asiakaspalveluun voisi kiinnittää vielä huomiota. Asiakas ei ole aina oikeassa, mutta silti omistajan taholta ei odottaisi ihan sellaista reagointia palautteeseen mitä me saimme. Pari lausetta muuttaa koko vierailun fiiliksen ja tunnelmaa on hankala palauttaa, joskin seuraavan aamun pahoittelut tyÜntekijÜiltä oli hyvä veto. Huoneen hinta oli kova suhteessa fasiliteetteihin (äänieristys olematon, pienehkÜ epäsiisteys siellä sun täällä). Rantaan kannattaisi panostaa, koska vastarannalla on Koli ja mitä upein järvi-/vaaranäkymä.
