Quiet leafy tree lined street with beautiful traditional houses. Rose Leigh is a beautiful house maintained extremely well. We were welcomed by Donna, James and Cormac who could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable as was the lounge that we were able to relax in. Donna and James were happy to help us with their knowledge of the local area and Belfast at large. The breakfasts were perfect served in a wonderfully calm dining room. The bus stop into Belfast is a five minute walk away. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby.
Maybe a couple of shelves in the bathroom.

Exceptional first class service provided. Host was extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with, especially during an incredibly busy period in exceptional circumstances (the Fleadh was on during the weekend I stayed). Room was absolutely perfect, spacious and with exceptional value for money. Host ensured that all guests were looked after and that she could be contacted at any notice.
This became an exceptional point for myself as during my stay I was unfortunately locked out due to events totally out of the hosts control with other guests that were staying. Not only was I accommodated incredibly well, it was ensured this incident would not inconvenience me to an unfair degree. The customer service provided was exceptional and is at the highest standard of hospitality that can be provided.
It is impossible to find any faults or anything I didn't like with this B&B. This is setting a gold standard for other locations in Belfast to compete with. The host should be incredibly proud of the efforts made here.

Donna and James were excellent hosts, always kind and attentive during my stay. They shared great suggestions and useful tips about the local area, which made the visit even more pleasant. The accommodation was excellent, and the Irish breakfast was superb. I also really enjoyed chatting with Donna and James and would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

Very friendly welcome from the proprietor. Immaculately clean room. Comfortable bed, pillows, duvet. Very quiet, even excellent location, easy bus into town. Parking available.
Didnt like the fact that we didn't try the breakfast! (chose to eat out)
