Location was brilliant, short walk to shops and bars. Easy to find and lots of on street parking also.

The building and room were very clean, the location was quiet and convenient. A nice selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Transit to the cathedral quarter was very simple, as was walking there along the river. The contactless check-in was simple and worked well.
The room was simply very uncomfortable. The bed was a very small double fold-out sofa that was not at all comfortable for 2 people to sleep, and when the bed is down there is nowhere comfortable to sit at all. Only a small table with 2 uncomfortable chairs is in the room. Sound also travels through the building and inconsiderate guests coming in late and loud were pretty disruptive. The stay just felt very utilitarian and cold. Not a room to rest and refresh in.

Location was ideal for what we needed.
Check in was disjointed and not what was agreed. We were sent the wrong room and code details but only after requesting them after check in time. The rooms have paper thin walls and ceilings/floors and this make it very noisy when others are moving around, talking or entertaining.
