Friendly helpful staff. Clean, enough for 2 person. Close to butcher playing field.

The location is comfortable to get to the station easily in 5/10 minutes on foot. It’s 5 minutes to the Centre too. The area is quiet. Shared kitchen available. Remember it’s a student accomodation

Quiet at night.
Within 10/15 walking distance of grand central station and city centre.
Near the botanical gardens, pubs/grub for a nice meal. Takeaway and small shop across the road and close to two Tesco express. Bus stops nearby.
The bed was a large single as opposed to a standard double as stated on my booking. We both still fit, it’s the principle of it that gets me.

Good location
The room was not ready at check-in time (which is already pretty late as accommodations go), and the rooms have paper thin walls. The “window shades”are also completely see through, so don’t expect to get much sleep in the summer as the light streams in very early. Overpriced for not even providing the most basic amenities such as hand soap.
