Great location near Queen’s, handy parking area out the back, quirky decor inside.
Wonky/loose door handle, teeny tiny sink (hard to wash your face without hitting your head), could’ve done without the random knock on the door at 6.30am/ banging doors & hoovering at 8.45-9am/ random fire alarm just after 9 (i.e., no Sunday lie-in…)

Loved the decor colourful and eclectic. Really friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated our bikes in a safe and dry place. Perfect location for cafes and bars. The botanical garden is beautiful.

The atmosphere of the hotel was really nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bathroom was large, modern and comfortable, The hotel is on walking distance to the university and there are multiple nice breakfast and coffee spots around, also a small supermarket and order and delivery spots.
My room was next to a noise making apparatus, probably kitchen related. This caused a continuous noise during the night. Fortunately, I brought my earplugs. I could not get the window closed (or open further if you would like some more fresh air).
