Beautifully clean, well equipped hotel. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Excellent food & the live entertainment was a bonus!

Very nice facilities, exceptionally clean, lovely and really helpful staff. Food was also great. Would stay here again.
Slightly remote from the town centre, so if looking to use the city centre a taxi ride in and out is required.

The pool was nice. Easy to get into and out of town by car.
There were plates in the hallway upon our arrival, in the evening, that were still there after breakfast the next day.
The facilities overall were disappointing considering the staff at reception seemed so well trained. Back of house support is not meeting the expectations front of house staff are conveying. It feels like the detailed things only happen as a result of complaints , not as a part of regular work.
