Close to city centre and eateries.
No small bar fridge. Aircon kept cutting out.

The location was perfect for arriving by train and exploring the city centre. The hotel is clean and the people at reception are really nice.
I didn’t like the single bed. It wasn’t flat and the mattress topper was like a mound that fell away on the sides of the bed, so I kept waking up due to the feeling I was falling out of bed everytime I rolled over. We had to turn the AC off as the on light lit up the room and was too disruptive when trying to sleep.

The Hotel was in a good location
Reception Staff were helpful. Our rooms weren’t made up on 2nd day till very late so we only had our towels replaced. Breakfast was as ok but often ran out of things, staff forget things asked for. The 2nd day we were there apparently the hotel performed some update to their key card system it was very frustrating. Couldn’t access lifts, no entry to our room, replacement key cards didn’t work and this all happened in the middle of the day.
Overall whilst we were ok with our stay the above issues were disappointing and would probably stay elsewhere next time.
