Everything looked nice, the bathroom in the room was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful
The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was a big zip down the middle to keep two single mattresses together which was disappointing to say the least, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel

The hotel was lovely and we got upgraded to a river view room which was great and the view was exceptional even though the weather was terrible. Good facilities and bed was very comfy.
The only downside which is not the hotels fault but with the heavy rain during the night it was noisy with it banging against the facade of the hotel. The breakfast was ok was good selection but I wasn't keen on some of the elements as felt they were undercooked for my liking

Staff (bar reception) were very friendly.
Beds not very comfortable. Very clinical hotel, designed for business people.

The hotel is well-located with an attractive aspect over the harbour. It is only a short walk into Belfast city centre. One can walk along the waterfront, over the impressive pedestrian bridge and along the opposite bank to reach the Titanic Experience. A pleasant 15 minute walk in summer, though I suspect it could be a different story in less benign weather conditions. The hotel itself if recently constructed, clean and well-appointed.
We stayed here on two separate occasions within a week. On both occasions we had service issues. Arriving late for our first night the air-conditioning in our room had been operating intensively and - as a result - the room was cold. We adjusted the system, initially into a heating mode in order to get the room temperature to an acceptable level and then to switch it off so we could sleep. This took time when we really just wanted to get some sleep. I mentioned this to the staff on departure. Rather than listening, the receptionist talked over me about how we could have called reception that evening and they would have been able to adjust the room remotely. All of which is irrelevant. We don't want to have to talk to reception at 1am. We were perfectly able to deal with the system. Bearing in mind that for several days the maximum daytime temperature in Belfast had been about 16C, my point was that it was pointless and wasteful to be operating the system at all. For our second stay, the A/C system was not on and did not seem to have been on recently; the room was a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately we had different issues on this occasion. We had booked two rooms and were meeting our daughter (who was travelling separately) at this hotel. Our timings were in doubt for some time but when it became clear (about a day before our arrival) that she would arrive ahead of us, I advised the hotel of this fact through the booking.com app and requested that they check our daughter in. I got confirmation of delivery of this message and heard nothing more. However, the reception staff refused to allow our daughter access to one of the rooms. The reservation had been made on a free-cancellation basis, but of course this option had expired by this point. So I was committed to pay for the rooms and my credit card details were held by the intermediary.

Bedroom very good and Breakfast good
Need a hot towel rail in bathroom, after a very wet day nowhere to dry clothing, coats etc and shoes also would have hoped the Hotel could have loaned umbrellas.

Location
It would have been helpful to have a mirror near to a charging point for drying hair

Great location, easy to walk into town from. The rooms were spacious, perfect for two people. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms soundproof. Great staff!
Unfortunately we had a room on the back of the property which meant we overlooked a car park, not the water shown in the photos. Iâd booked it for the view. The rooms donât have a mini bar and just instant coffee. The floors couldâve been cleaner but the rest of the room was spotless.

The room was comfortable and had a good view. The shower was very powerful and the toiletries were of a good quality. We didnât have breakfast at the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant which was really tasty!
The only issue was with our tv as it didnât work, however when we told the staff they sorted the issue by the time we came back to the room.

The entire stay there was incredible. Great location. The restaurant was beyond amazing. The chef is a multi Michelin star winner so the food is amazing plus a very nice person. Came over and sat with us chatting for 30 minutes. Wait staff especially Hanna was great. By far the best meal out we have had in a long time. The room was beautiful with great views.
Not one thing.

The hotel room is spacious and tidy. The car parking is close by with hotel discount. The room service is excellent.
If the room service menu has more choice then it should be better.

Excellent location on the water front, within walking distance of the city centre, Titanic Quarters and George's market. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Spacious clean bedroom (Superior King). Be warned though, rooms are not luxurious, rather they are practical. There is a car park quite near the hotel (not on site); the hotel validate the ticket, so there is a 50% reduction. This is a real bonus.
Overall impression of this hotel: minimalist and colorless, lacking in character and soul. Disappointing breakfast. As someone who likes fresh fruit, the choice was melon or melon, Yes, there was a bowl with pear, banana and oranges, but it was not replenished, leading to a bit of a rat race. Limited choice of bread also, just sliced white or brown, no rustic or sough dough options. The bar area, which doubled as a dining area lacked atmosphere.
