Excellent room, location and service

The room was nicely designed, modern and spacious with a comfortable bed, nice sofa, spacious desk, and great shower and bathtub. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We had a dinner at the restaurant which was nice but we felt the timings were a bit off (e.g. we were served wine and appetizers before the beers we ordered which we intended to drink first) and the starter salad was a bit smaller than expected / the steak was overcooked a bit vs. what we had ordered. There were also some food smells in the lobby and cleaning product smells in the corridor. Our room smelled absolutely fine but the hotel could do with a signature scent to keep the public areas smelling fresh

Overpriced, Paying for the name but did not deliver.

Room ok

No fresh milk in the room or coffee maker. Very rushed check in, we did not catch half the information. Breakfast £20.00 each too much.

Will certainly be top of the Hotel list the next time we visit Belfast

Seemed to be the closest good hotel to the city centre. The staff were exceptional - professional but friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The Residents evening menu was limited but was certainly to our liking, so much so that we dined there every night of our stay.

There did not seem to be any instructions on how to regulate the heating. Once we worked it out it was simple but not intuitive.

Worth staying and coming back

Staffs are accomodating and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected, we plan to leave our luggage in the hotel, instead offered us an early checkin. Food in the restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the vibes and decoration are simple yet elegant. Our room itself was superb, with a bed and sofa, space is more than enough for the two of us. It gave us a luxury feeling. All bathrooms are spotless clean. I really love the design of the room specially the bathroom.

Its actually a silly thing, the decorative mirror in front of the bed was full of prints, i guess it was not clean properly.

Perfection

The reception staff were amazing! Check in was not until 3pm but the receptionist was so nice and let us Into our room early. We were greeted with smiles and even had a laugh with the staff.

great spot and lovely staff

Comfortable but not sure I will return . I stayed in the Europa in February and regretted my decision not to stay there

comfortable, great location , great concierge and reception staff

apart from female bar supervisor, bar staff were unfriendly … another female staff approached our table and asked us did we want another drink which we did not want but then returned to our table and proceeded to say abruptly … the bar is closing at 11:30 and she turned on her heels and left

Beautiful Hotel.

We liked the big comfortable bed and pillows. The room was stylish, comfortable and spotless.

At the prices charged it would have been nice if a bit of breakfast was thrown in, the £20 price tag was ridiculous, thankfully there was a yummy Greggs across the street.

the “gym” is a BIG joke. tiny room that was obviously too small to be a bedroom with hardly anything in it as nothing can fit. really poor for a 5 star hotel and if they want business travelers they need to improve here

Loved everything especially the eye dazzling Christmas tree at reception 😍❤ friendly and helpful staff. Great ,tidy large open Room My fiancee loved the balloons (30 ) for her birthday. And chocolates lol She loved it Nd was over the moon! Thank you so much She loved it we will stay away thanks again. 9

Up Fitzwilliam!

very comfortable bed, great location, fantastic view over Belfast. best of all - extremely friendly and chatty staff. Ian who was concierge was wonderful; great personality, great tips of places to go and we just enjoyed chatting to him. all the staff were lovely.
