Great room and we got an upgrade
Ok, it’s this simple
We had suite 1111, and it was lovely
Almost clean just five long grey hairs attached to my suitcase
Mine are short, so previous guest.
My only real contention is water flow, the shower needs a prostatectomy.
It works on full cold, go for any heat and it dies.
I know this is hard to solve.

overall it was an absolutly lovely hotel , with live music which we like to listen to with a drink in the bar at the end of the evening x breakfast was lovely which was self serve x xx

Staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we pulled up, the room was large and comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed.
We had no complaints at all.

Very central and efficient check in.
The entrance to the hotel is quite unwelcoming in that the revolving doors were advertised as being out of action with two ugly traffic cones. Also all the glass on the entrance doors was covered in fingerprints at all times during our three night stay. As well as that the area immediately outside the entrance was strew with litter and detritus. Our room was a good size and was quiet. The mirror in the room had smears all over it. The wooden floor area was sticky when walked upon as if it had not been rinsed properly after mopping. The bathroom sink had an unpleasant buildup around the plug fittings and the taps were full of air and sputtered water at high pressure. Quite frugal with the tea bags and milks. It was ok overall but probably would look to stay elsewhere next time.
