The location of this place is excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room is bijou but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was nice, the room was nicely sized and laid out well and clean.
The water pressure in the shower was very bad. Most of what I could say are small issues, but the biggest reason for the low score is because there was a distinct odor in the building and the room, it smelled akin to when one tries to cover up the smell of smoke or mold. I don't know which is was, but it gave me some congestion issues and a cough for quite a while; which started to clear up after I started to sleep somewhere else. Air quality is really paramount for sleep and anything else, so the score was bumped down quite a bit. It should be noted that Belfast is a wet city full of smokers, I can't be sure any other hotel would be better, although I guess paying more may be.
