Bien :)

El personal fue muy amable. Ubicación excelente. Habitación muy nueva, cama muy cómoda. La ducha perfecta! Puedes tomar café y te gratis en recepción :)

No conseguimos que saliera aire caliente en la habitación. Salía un chorro de aire frío. Es una zona céntrica, que da a una plaza y tiene bastante ruido en la noche!

I would revisit!

Location was great, when I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was very informative and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bus to and from the airport was close and convenient (bus 600, £2.20 I think).

There just needed a bit of deep cleaning around sink and shower but it wasn’t bad. Everything was great otherwise and still clean.

Excellent stay in Belfast

Excellent location, good restaurants and pubs nearby, super friendly staff, I forgot a necklace in the room and they kept it and even posted to my house, thanks 🤩

We need to change room because the first one needed maintenance, the rest was perfect

10/10 stay in the centre of Belfast

Great location, quiet in the rooms, comfy beds, spacious showers and large rooms. Good for a short trip or a one night stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. No faults! I’d highly recommend this place and i’ll be staying here again

Good value for money

Location, good value for money, friendly staff, free tea and coffee facilities, smart TV

Bedroom was situated just outside from a noisy fan or extractor, was on until very late at night. On arrival you’re asked for a security deposit, it’s £100. It is mentioned on the booking site although it’s not as clear as it should be. It’s important to know in advance if customers are on holiday and have to hand out £100 that they won’t get back for a few days.

Perfect location cost fantastic

It was close to the city centre and everything you needed was in walking distance

Maybe could do with a tea machine in the rooms but you could go downstairs and make yourself a drink so wasn’t a massive problem

Such a great hotel and great location

The locate is brilliant, really central and found within minutes we was in the mixer.

The bar next door was very noisy, they are all drinking in the beer garden outside so there was lots of shouting and laughing until late, it was a busy city pub and I knew this going. I would stay here again all the same. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Only the have a light in the room I think is a emergency light and it's so strong and I can't sleep better, without this all the things was perfect.

No Breakfast - great location apart from air conditioner outside bedroom window, very noisy through the night/

For the neighbour's air con to be switched off. No bath.

Easy, fun, good value for money

Staff helpful! Could leave luggage with them beofre checking in . Was central location. Staff gave good recommendations. Easy to get in and out, felt safe.

Very good indeed

Staff are very friendly andrearno is a perfect receptionist. Couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location will definitely stay again. A bit noisy after closing time but that never bothered us. It’s a city centre location what do you expect. But it was great.

Great place!

Great place to stay. Well located, room and bathroom very clean. Team downstairs in the reception really lovely. Great location and easy to find. Small hotel so count yourself lucky if a room is available for booking. Wi-Fi working well.

Amazing

The location was amazing, we had everything we needed within walking distance. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definately be back. Belfast has to be one of the best places I have ever visited. Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome. Guinness will never taste the same!

I can honestly say from the moment we landed to the moment we came home, the taxi driver, the locals, the hotel, the food just perfect

I had a spotlight in my room which came on when I switched the lights off and flashed continuously with a bright white light. Receptionist taped a piece of binbag over it to try tone down but it kept falling down. I got little sleep all night as a result.

The location was in reasonable proximity to Ulster University. However, I would not book there agai.

The location was ok for my visit. The front desk staff were accommodating and easy to work with. They changed my room for me when I informed them that the bed linens were dirty.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Bed linens were dirty the first day I arrived. Toilet was broken and never replaced or repaired during my entire 5 night stay. I left after the 4th night. I went to London.

Good, but something was lacking

Central location. Good price for central city centre. Walking distance of pretty much everything....pubs, bars, cafes, shopping centres etc.

Location in middle of city centre however felt like it was in the slightly rougher part. Room was really hot all the time. Had to have the air con on constantly. No hand soap in bathroom, had to use shower gel. View was a brick wall. We stayed in no 12, got a little noise from the pubs at the front of the hotel. But wasn't enough to keep us awake, this was a Monday night, weekends may be busier/noisier.

Great city location

Comfy bed. Clean and modern looking. Great location for sight seeing and bars/restaurants. Be aware it is above a busy pub/bar if you like an early quiet night in, this didn't affect our stay as we were out till late enjoying the night life

No tea/coffee facilties in the room! Hot drinks are available from reception. Should be in the room. Room was very warm even when outside temperature was cool. Air conditioning did not seem to work very well.
