Very pretty cozy newly refurbished hotel
Not very keen that I had to move to the opposite side of the road to go to the opposite side of the hotel building for our room

The room was excellent - very spacious with a bath tub! The staff were ever so helpful.
The restaurant food was good but pricey.

Traditional old style hotel, but refurbished. Room was very big, quiet location. Breakfast was good - self serve or order from menu.
Safe in room didn't work, no bath or shower gel in shower, no bath mat. Booked hotel because of price, location and it had parking (not easy to find in Belfast). However, it's not made very noticeable on booking sites that you have to pay. However, the discounted rate was very acceptable. Also no mention when we booked that we wouldn't be able to eat at their restaurant one night because of a private party, although they did provide a basic bar menu.

Friendly check in and location
Stayed in the apartment and there was a distinct smell of smoke.
The kitchen is fairly run down, cupboards not hinged properly, laminate on floor not down properly and wallpaper coming off the wall at the sink. It was clean, but these little bits made it not feel clean. Kitchen wasnt stocked well. Did tell reception about the smell of smoke, and apologies given but no offer to move me. The windows were all open, so likely it was known before my arrival.
At check out, all i was advised was that it would be passed on to maintenence team.
