Modern and clean hotel with ample parking
Water pressure for showering was low. 10-15 minute walk to centre.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and quiet. Breakfast excellent and a nice relaxing feel about the hotel.
Expensive parking, even though the hotel not right in the centre. Shower pressure poor. Would prefer just a shower rather than the small bath arrangement with shower over it.

Funny old place. It's a new build hotel on an industrial estate. Nice room with high ceilings but not much of a view. I slept well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station. And about 5 or 10 minutes walk to the centre of Belfast. It suited my purposes.
It lacks a bit of atmosphere. The sound proofing from other rooms wasn't great. It's fine, people were quiet, but if they weren't I imagine it might prove an issue.
