Property is spacious and gives a resort feel definitely. Beach side cafe area is good for a sit out and a walk but we did not try out the cafe, The beach is not worth going down to. For going here you have to cross the road to opposite side - also an issue
1. Biggest issue is : No Signal No good wifi - you are incommunicadao and alienated from everyone.
2. Spa and fitness center amenities not available: we were told for maintenance but then this HAS to be mentioned on website that its not available on these dates. Not acceptable to customers.
3. Buggy was not always available.For such a large property more buggies are needed to transfer elderly and infirm people
4. No recreational activities.
5. Marriot not having an automatic espresso coffee machine is unimaginable .. no cappucino no macchiato, how do your overseas guest also survive?
6. Miscommunication between staff members about status of our bookings. Though the management did their best to compensate it feels like the staff is not trained properly.

The breakfast was good, but when I went on the second day at 7.45 things were not ready, although the timings were from 7.30. I was only able to have a few things, however, they did not charge me that day, as I had to make an early start. One staff member was particularly helpful, but unfortunately I have forgotten his name.
There were just not enough buggies and when I was checking out I had specifically requested a buggy at 8.30 am but noe was available, and I had to bring my luggage myself, and my room was far. The staff did not seem to be concerned either, and did not offer to help me in any way with the luggage.
