Superb

I loved the home and stay overall. The value and location of rental was perfect for my time in Moab.

A few extra items would have helped like extra toilet paper.

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. It was the perfect size for 4 people!

Walking distance to the main street in Moab! Provided the perfect amount of towels. Good water pressure. Great AC to keep cool. The keypad entry was great because we didn't need to take a key on hikes with us, and we weren't worried about some of us not having keys.

Missing some kitchen items like foil, plastic bags, dish sponges, and tupperware. WiFi was a little bit slow, but not really a problem for us since we were mostly spending time outside.

Our favorite stay on our 3 week vacation!

clean comfortable and spacious with large yard with hot tub and grill. great place to come back with more friends.

You couldn’t ask for a better location.

Location!! Cute and clean. Very comfortable. Beds are great. Towels and lines are super quality.

Add a non-slip mat to the shower. I know they are a pain to keep clean but it would be a welcome to many 😊

Desert Gardens (#3) was really a special little oasis, full of charm, after a series of convenient but characterless mot

It was the nicest place of our monthlong trip, having everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay right next to Arches National Park. The lovely garden was particularly appreciated at the end of a hot day.

Nothing not to like - it was perfect!

Great location.

This unit is very comfortable for 4 people. The large yard area and the location make this property better than others around town.

No coffee or tea bags provided. Even motels provide coffee in the room. The bathroom is small.

Perfect house to stay in to see Moab!

The location was perfect! Such a cute little house fenced in with 2 other rentals. The location is great because it’s within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The code we were given to the hot tub didn’t work. It was a little expensive for the size but it’s a tourist location so that’s to be expected.

Nice location and outdoor spaces - needs a little attention to make it great

Very private with lovely outdoor space. Right in the middle of town, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The offering of bikes and hot tub are nice. It would be a great space for kids to be able to run in the yard!

Cleaning and maintenance were not wonderful…freezer was dirty, grill hadn’t been cleaned in some time, shelves in bathroom were dirty…kitchen was serviceable but missing some basics..one tiny saucepan, no baking sheet, all things that we could manage, but for what we paid it was underwhelming.

This property was so perfect for our little friends trip! So cute, clean, and comfortable and in walking distance to fun shops and restaurants.

Amazing location and comfortable spot after days at the parks.

Location was amazing. Walked to shops and restaurants. Grocery Store was close but we used the car. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands. Beds were comfortable and sheets were nice. The most amazing thing was the yard. Where else can you stay where you have access to a grassy yard with furniture? Great Thai restaurant across the street and Moab Brewery was a fun spot.

Sprinklers went off at 6 in the morning so we had to dodge them to get to the car but I informed the property manager. There is really NOTHING not to like about this amazing property!

Perfect for our party of four adults! The property is charming, comfortable and really private. The hot tub and yard were fun to hang out in. Close to everything in town. Very good value

Quiet location but very near centre of city. Lovely hot tub, barbecue and garden.

We used the settee bed and it was far from comfortable.
