The location was excellent.. the friendly faces of the staff were great..
The tub was constantly stopped up, the water was lukewarm warm.. but we were able to deal with it. Other than this it was great..

The staff was very friendly.
The whole place was rundown. Large cracks through all the tile in the showers, in both rooms, the showers/tubs/shower doors were gross. We did not use them. Upon checkin we were given multiple remotes which is very common but usually the hotel will provide a bag to hold them in. This hotel doesn't give a container so you have to carry 3 remotes along with all of your luggage. It was an inconvenience as they did need to be returned upon checkout. We asked for towels for the pool and at first they said no to use the towels from our room but they only provided a single towel per person which would mean you would have to use the same towel down at the pool as the one you would shower with?!
