Room, staff, facilities, location all great. The local surroundings were very nice.

Easy to find large rooms with aircon, outside access or balcony.
A few cobwebs in the rooms. Exceptionally hot water which could cause scalding if unaware.

Room's were very comfortable. Quiet and easy to sleep. The breakfasts were very nice.
Given the wet weather, it would be helpful to have an undercover walkway to the main building.
The meals in the dining room were very heavy. some lighter options would be nice.
The younger bar staff were very slow and inexperienced. Very friendly though, so it is more experience needed.

Fitness room. Was allowed to leave one day earlier without cancellation payment
Very poor service due to too little staff. Reception is often now manned and this is unfortunate as quite some distance from accommodation and you can only call reception by using your own phone.
