Easy access via bus 397 to and from the airport. Very close to museums, metro lines, and Albert cyupt market. There are also supermarkets nearby, such as Albert Heijn, SPAR and Odin, etc, as well as restaurants. I stayed in a single room with toilet. The fan in the room is sufficient to cool the temperature. There is hot water to make tea downstairs.
The stairs was very narrow. It's very difficult to move if the luggage is large.

Helpful staff, specially Zayed who went an extra mile to help us with our luggage.
The bathroom facilities were good.
Good location, close to tram and easy cycle to center.
The room was on 4th floor, I was with a child and there was no lift. No other rooms were available but I was surprised that they assigned a room at 4th floor knowing I’m traveling with child.
The room was small, broken window and no blinds on the windows.
There was a gap between the corridor and our room, I tripped twice and injured my knee. Very unsafe.
Overpriced breakfast.
