Super friendly and helpful staff. Tried their very best to extend our stay for an extra night even though they were already fully booked and kept us updated on potential cancellations. Really outstanding customer service!

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was nice. The carpeting & room smelled a little old, as mentioned in other reviews - it's not luxurious, but it's fine for a night. Cool decor.
Noise from seagulls outside and very light train noise. Popped in some earplugs and slept fine though :).

The restaurant was not operating but it was communicated before. Would be convenient if the restaurant was working.

The entrance, lobby, and hallways have clearly had a very classy upgrade
The floor, furniture, and curtains had seen better days. The bedding was clean and the mattress was average but the pillows were horrible. I think I had a room for people with assistive mobility devices but if they are in each room they are horrible. Water went everywhere and I had to squeegee the floor myself after each shower.
