The location: proximity to public transportation and eatery making it very convenient.
The access code impose the feeling of safety.
The facility in the unit we stayed in was great and really fulfilled our need during stay. The owner is also very responsive to the request we made for the stay. In summary we would recommend this place and also would like to come back here again.

Very nice, modern, and new. Super friendly owner who waited for us when booked last minute, the afternoon of arrival. Very clean, good internet. In our apartment the couch was much firmer than the mattress on the bed, so we slept on the couch instead.

Very nice experience. Everything was excellent. All the members of the staff, breakfast, comfortable bed, extra heating, location, decorated ceiling, size of room (Fire I stayed) everything more then nice. Bit of Vietnam in Milan :) Go for it.

very clean and nice location.
noisy room specially at night due to the restaurant downstairs. if you really want a room with balcony make sure not just to book that option but to write an additional email, otherwise you’ll just get a normal room. we had to leave shortly before breakfast time and no offer was made for compensation or take out.
