Very nice, modern, and new. Super friendly owner who waited for us when booked last minute, the afternoon of arrival. Very clean, good internet. In our apartment the couch was much firmer than the mattress on the bed, so we slept on the couch instead.

Very nice experience. Everything was excellent. All the members of the staff, breakfast, comfortable bed, extra heating, location, decorated ceiling, size of room (Fire I stayed) everything more then nice. Bit of Vietnam in Milan :) Go for it.

Very interesting and different atmosphere. You could not hear the traffic even though it was busy street close by. You get your own key so getting in and out is easy and you don't have to bother with making sure you are in time for closing of the reception or similar.
The walls and floors was not sound proof so you could easily hear people in the stairs or in other rooms, fortunately it was not full when I was there. The breakfast was made personally for me but it was not very high quality or a lot to choose from. The restaurant connected to the BnB have been mentioned in Guide du Michelin in 2019 and 2020 but I think they have lost their chef, the quality was not spectacular.

very clean and nice location.
noisy room specially at night due to the restaurant downstairs. if you really want a room with balcony make sure not just to book that option but to write an additional email, otherwise you’ll just get a normal room. we had to leave shortly before breakfast time and no offer was made for compensation or take out.
