The rooms were extremely clean with comfortable linen.
No kettle for hot water or tea / coffee
No water bottles as a standard practice worldwide
I booked 3 rooms for 6 adults 3 child (age 14, 8 & 7 years respectively) where I was needed one triple & two double beded rooms. But while check in the reception didn’t allow us & asked us to take 3 triple rooms with additional charges of EUR 62. God know why ?
Breakfast is very average or limited.

Nice cozy hotel
The tramway is under the window, so it’s very noisy during the evenings.

it appears to be family run so certain things are limited in that sense.
