Location of the hotel is fantastic, staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.
Room was a little disappointing, smaller than expected. We barely used the balcony as it was facing the opposite rooms and very close so no privacy at all. More electricity sockets are required in the room also.

This is located in the old town area, so the location is excellent (you have to drive through the ZTL traffic zone to reach it, so get your car info to the reception staff so they can register you). Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was excellent. The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. The view from the dining location across the lake to the mountains was stunning. Free on-site parking was a huge plus.
The room was extremely basic and on the small side. Bathroom had the amenities, but was very cramped.
