A great option if you’re visiting Andorra for work or a holiday. The hotel is comfortable, with plenty of parking options nearby, and the buffet and bar are welcoming and available throughout the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent and very complete, although it is on the expensive side.

Location
It was quite sad that being a hotel we couldn’t easily get a coffee before breakfast - which only started from 7.30am! Drinking water was not available either. This is the Novotel! We expected more. One night we were having dinner in the restaurant & I asked for a coffee after the meal from the waiter & he just ‘told’ me order in the bar - why couldn’t he order for me, they got me a beer earlier - very dissapointed with his lazy atitude - he was not busy at all.
Also, the gym & pool was not available/open until 9.45am! Not what we wanted - had to run around the park!

Good location
the hotel reminded me of American Motels that you find on the highways... same setup and furniture, but I guess most the hotels are the same.... it was one of the good ones in the area
