I love the ambiance of the hotel. It matches the charm of Vianden. I also love how clean the room is and the rest room looks new.
Our stay included access to the pool and sauna, too bad I didn’t bring a swimsuit.
They also have a restaurant in the hotel which is one of the top-rated in Vianden. It was good and we had a lovely time!
It was above 30c when we arrived and it was really humid. Air conditioning would have been nice, but they provided a fan so that worked.

Good room very clean. bed was good. staff restaurant was also nice.
The hotel has a garage so with the motor you can stall it over there.
location is great specially when on the motorbike, you can go to Germany in a instant all very close by.

Location, comfort, facilities, room and food
Never have we experienced in our many yrs of staying in hotels across the world the rudeness of the staff in this hotel. Maybe because English was our first language but from check in to check out, the staff were abysmal. Put it like this, if I was the owner, they would all be seeking employment elsewhere and not in the catering business.
We waited 1.5 hrs to be served food while every non English speaking guest including the ones who turned up after us were served first.
