A nice little hotel. We had an amazing view of castle and the town. The room was comfortable. The parking was free.
The hotel is a little dated. It needs a bit of updating and tidying up.

Location, comfort, facilities, room and food
Never have we experienced in our many yrs of staying in hotels across the world the rudeness of the staff in this hotel. Maybe because English was our first language but from check in to check out, the staff were abysmal. Put it like this, if I was the owner, they would all be seeking employment elsewhere and not in the catering business.
We waited 1.5 hrs to be served food while every non English speaking guest including the ones who turned up after us were served first.
