Good value, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff
The room was a bit cold despite the radiators being on maximum. The bath was quite narrow so not much room to turn around when having a shower and my sister and I are slim people!
It would be much better to just have a lovely luxurious walk in shower which is more suitable for people struggling with their mobility. Tea and coffee making facilities would also be great rather than having to go to reception to pick up hot drinks free of charge.

Of course, the location is right by the sea with a beautiful view. Delicious breakfasts are available, and there's always a place where you can grab coffee, fruit, juice, or even cake.
Due to the strong wind in the rooms, it was a bit cold and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer

The location and the view
The room itself was ok but the bathroom are very old fashioned, the bathtub is slippery to take a shower and the shower curtain, well, sticks to oneself. Soap ran out in the first night. Poor ventilation in the room and the balcony door requires a lot of strength to slide it open.
Check in was a long wait. Staff seem not to know how to handle a situation with a family ahead of us, was disturbed by colleagues who did not bother to check in guests, and either did not share valuable information or shared it incorrectly. This resulted in extra costs for the parking in front of the hotel and the accompanying couple who wanted to leave early did not get breakfast as promised at 06:30 (the sign was not changed to 07:00 during the weekend either). The complaint was then handled poorly, almost ignorant and certainly not service minded.
At checkout no one asks whether our stay was comfortable.
