We hang the roomservice sign to clean on the door. But no room service came:(

My family had a two night stay at the Scheck Hotel as part of a interrailing trip. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the sporting facilities are excellent, and the swimming pool was a appreciated due the high temperatures while we were visiting. It is located within a 5 minute walk of the Englischer Garten, while it is close to public transport links that can take you into central Munich within half an hour, and it was also well situated for the Allianz Arena, which was also about a 30 minute journey away by public transport.
There wasn't anything that my family didn't really like about the hotel. The only minor complaint my children had was with the number of wasps when we tried to enjoy relaxing for a meal outside, however that was easily solved by moving inside.

It had a pool, bed was really comfortable, not to loud even though the hotel is next to the street
We tried the check in at 12 and at the reception the first staff member wanted to check us in but then another staff member said no our room is not ready which was a bit confusing since the first staff member wanted to check us in but it was understandable since we wanted a clean room.
So after a few hours we checkt in and the first thing I noticed when we entered the room was that at the doorknob was cobweb…
In the bathroom there was also a spider right next to the shower head and in the toilet there was a bug on the floor and also another spider…but the worst thing was that when we wanted to use the balcony there was a big cobweb again with a huge spider we never opened that door again after that.
