The mountain views are beautiful. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool, which was great for cooling down after a hot day. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of local products.
Overall, the location and views are lovely, and the breakfast and indoor pool were highlights, but the hotel needs significant maintenance and renovation.
It was also very quiet.
We paid extra for access to the spa, which only included a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working.
Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained. The garden area around the outdoor pool looked abandoned, the room was very dated, with worn-out carpet, and the terrace was also poorly maintained. The chairs were damaged and you could easily catch yourself on them, and there were cobwebs around the terrace.
It was also extremely hot in the room, and we had to sleep with the terrace door open.

Smooth jazz whilst eating breakfast was great. You get an amazing view over La Clusaz. Staff were very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the facilities to change after the term of our stay.

The room was a good size, reception and dining staff are very professional and the breakfast is superb.
The added bonus is the swimming pool - which I used.
I didn’t use the spa area but it looked lovely.

Location near to town
No hot food at breakfast except for boiled eggs.
Had to pay to use sauna and jacuzzi which was very busy and very small - given the accommodation cost this should be free for hotel guests imo
$$$$
