The pool, the private beach and the room

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly specially Youssef , veejay at the restaurant and the room cleaner Saidul and Sarjahan.
The fact that you have to go refill your water not water bottle and the aluminum cups inside the room are not convenient for drinking coffee or tea cause it gets hot and burns your lips should be for drinking water only and the thing I did not like at all was the AI machine they should have a phone instead and no emergency contact system in the bathroom no phone nothing to alert someone in case of emergency

The best part was to have an access to the secluded beach with great views.
Room was specious and comfy, but I had to change it as a/c was barely working. There were no problems with a/c in the 2nd room.
A/C issues; a bunch of hair in both rooms I've been to; a few bugs inside the room; overpriced alcohol at the bar; garbage on the beach.

The beach down below
No double glazing, traffic noise can be heard especially at night. The carpets are generally dirty. My room was dirty upon check in (bread crumbs on the floor, windows dirty).
