The staff were excellent, very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel and all the facilities. View fabulous, food selection excellent.

Reception staff really friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Beautiful view overlooking the lake, the view from the pool area really is stunning. We liked the location, approx 25 min walk to the centre of Limone for the ferry, location may not be for everyone if you don't have a car.

Shower temperature inconsistent, within 5 minutes of finding a comfortable temperature the water becomes boiling hot. When eating in the restaurant service is slow, we waited 40 minutes to have our drinks order taken.

Staff is really trained, friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, no noise from surroundings. Restaurant staff is also really friendly. You pay for view. Breakfast is fresh everyday but same. Pool area is also nice, one can spend whole day their.

Checkout should be 11.00am as breakfast is till 10.30am and you should not rush for breakfast and checkout. Should be kettle to warm water/make tea or coffee in the room. If you come to breakfast late then you will miss most of the options. Poll is not really heated.

All you can eat pasta is the great idea but also would like more chooses from dinner menu.

First of all, the gentleman on the reseption was so helpfull and full of positive Energy. Garage was good and swimming pool.

Walls in rooms were thin and there was a parts next to us.

the room looks&smells OLD, The rooms needs to be refurbished, one small pillow to each guest and no real blankets…

Breakfast wasn‘t the best.

The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is pristine, has an amazing view with close walking proximity to Limone central. Breakfast is great with many choices and it’s lovely to be able to sit outside with a gorgeous view. We ate dinner in their restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and selections. The infinity pool and pool area is exceptional.

Stayed in a large room with open, unimpeded, balcony views of middle Lake Garda and the eastern shore. Excellent front staff (and dinner recs), clean with modern amenities. Free, easy, parking on site. Lift to second floor. Excellent buffet breakfast and seating area. Infinity pool - not used. Would certainly return.

The fact for the first time in 40 odd years of staying in some lovely hotels, I don’t get a clean towel every day, but every 3 rd day, where upon I have to pay a euro per towel when I want them, had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one each, most days bed not made properly, every other day, shampoo was provided, dust on most surfaces , noisiest place I’ve ever stayed, could hear next door snoring most nights, I approached the staff about towel issues, and was told we only change the towels every 3 days, I think that this is outrageous as we were paying over €200 euros per night for a 3 star hotel, also breakfast couldn’t get a bit of toast, in my opinion the hotel needs a total refurb, and is not as advertised , I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, still not looked into the €900 extra that was put on our bill as we only had 5 days around the pool the whole holiday ,the meal we had which was meant to be ala carte,but was more like a salad ,don’t know how they get away with, we will come back to limone next year for sure, as it is a lovely place, alas not at the Mercedes’ thanks Simon

The guy at reception (Jordy?) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The view was amazing and pool was good.

Pillows were not so great. Lots of Germans… but that seems to be Lake Garda

In one word: fantastic! The hotel is well maintained and each room has a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good as well as the food in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
